All registered users are now required to log in using a new password, with an option to change it conveniently available on the site.

Changing your password for the CSD AFD online portal is a straightforward task:
Step 1: Start by accessing the portal at afd.csdindia.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Shop Now’ button, then find and select the ‘Lost Your Password’ option on the login page.
Step 3: Fill in your email address or username in the Reset Password form provided.
Step 4: Complete the captcha, then hit the Reset Password button.
Step 5: Look out for an email from the CSD AFD Team containing a link to set a new password.
Step 6: Create your new password and click the Submit button to finalize.

Step 1: If you’re already a member, begin by logging into your account to explore products and place orders. Click on “SHOP NOW” to get started.

Step 2: To kick off the registration, hit “SHOP NOW”.

Step 3: Choose “Not a member yet? Register Now” for those new to the site. Before proceeding, ensure you have these essentials ready:

  • Grocery/Canteen card
  • PAN card
  • Mobile number for OTP verification

Step 4: Here, you’ll fill out the registration form. Make sure your Name, Card ID, and Chip number align precisely with what’s displayed on your Grocery or Canteen card. For mobile verification, enter your number and select “Send OTP”. If there’s already a user with the same username, grocery card, or PAN number, an error will pop up. Each account must have distinct details including Username and email. Should you encounter any problems, please contact the help desk. Also, be aware that if your “Date of enrolment, commissioning” is within the last five years, you won’t be able to make purchases.

Once you’ve filled out the form, click “Submit”. If all information is accurate, you’ll receive a notification. However, immediate access won’t be granted; an administrator will need to verify your details first. After approval, a confirmation will be sent to your inbox.

Step 5: Upon logging in, you’ll need to input the OTP that was sent to your mobile device.

How to Purchase AFD Items Through the Online Portal: Once registered successfully, you’ll be able to order AFD items through the portal.
